That way, if any further issues occur post-sale the buyer has documentation to pursue recourse against the developer or builder.

The Home Snaglist snagging service takes between one and four hours depending on your property size and structure. We can usually offer a rapid appointment within 48 hours, and it takes a further 48 hours to complete and return your report after our inspection. Our team works seven days a week and we’ll do our best to attend your property at a time and date that best suits you.
Once you have the snaglist report, we also send a copy to your builder or developer, and if you wish, your solicitor.
