Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Ciaran carried out the snagging for our new build house. The service provided was professional and done to a very high standard with a very detailed report issued after the snagging. Ciaran was very responsive and great to work with, I would highly recommend.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I got the service of Ciaran for my new build house for 1st and for the 2nd snagging. He was very professional and he was there on the premises before the time and already started his work. He has identified even small issues and explained me everything at the end of his inspection. We were comfortable with him asking any questions we had as this was our first snagging experience. He compose the snagging report and hand it over in the same date and it was professional and standard. We are satisfied with his services and would recommend him for any other person seeking his service

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Ciaran was excellent — very thorough, professional and easy to deal with. He picked up a lot of issues we would never have noticed ourselves and provided a clear, detailed report with photos. He also explained the key points really well. Highly recommend him for anyone getting a new-build snagged.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Highly recommend Ciaran for anyone needing a snagging inspection in Ireland! He was incredibly professional and left no stone unturned with our new build. He checked absolutely everything from top to bottom and spotted so many hidden issues that we would have completely missed ourselves. His expertise gave us total peace of mind before moving in. Fantastic service from start to finish!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I couldn't recommend Ciaran highly enough. I bought a new build duplex in Avenlea, Adamstown, and needed a snagger at very short notice — I contacted him on Wednesday and he was on site Friday morning, no fuss.

Being based in Adamstown himself, he had already inspected several houses in this development, so he knew exactly what to look for. He went through the house methodically for over two hours and produced a detailed report with 74 items, every one photographed and time-stamped — from cosmetic paintwork right up to attic membrane and commissioning items I would never have spotted myself.

The report was in my inbox the same day, which mattered enormously as I was under serious time pressure with my lease ending. He also gave me honest, practical advice about how developers handle snag lists after closing — the kind of insight you only get from someone who has seen hundreds of these houses.

Local, fast, thorough, and straight-talking. Exactly what you want in a snagger. Worth every cent.
