I bought a new build duplex in Avenlea, Adamstown, and needed a snagger at very short notice — I contacted him on Wednesday and he was on site Friday morning, no fuss. Being based in Adamstown himself, he had already inspected several houses in this development, so he knew exactly what to look for. He went through the house methodically for over two hours and produced a detailed report with 74 items, every one photographed and time-stamped — from cosmetic paintwork right up to attic membrane and commissioning items I would never have spotted myself. The report was in my inbox the same day, which mattered enormously as I was under serious time pressure with my lease ending. He also gave me honest, practical advice about how developers handle snag lists after closing — the kind of insight you only get from someone who has seen hundreds of these houses.
